Built in 1910, the house of the photographer Ferenc Gyulai that served as a family home as well as a glass-roofed studio, is a good example of the Hungarian Art Nouveau architecture linked most often to Ödön Lechner. The shapes of Hungarian folk art are evoked in the eaves cornice of the roof, supported by wooden consoles, and in the floral motifs between the gable and the Prussian blue window frames. The building, as well as its wrought-iron gate and fence are due for a renovation. The edifice was bought by the photographer Lajos Incze in the 1920s, it was nationalized in the 1950s, some internal alterations were made, and nowadays, it is the home of multiple families.
