The Directorial Apartment (aka the Swiss Villa)

The apartment block of the manager of the textile company was built in 1911 inspired by the style of Swiss mansions. After the nationalization, its rooms were converted into an ambulatory medical clinic for the employees of the factory. In the early 2010s, due to its deterioration, a complete overhaul was made, maintaining the former style. From 2015 it has been a day-care centre.
